All memberships require a 6-month minimum term. Annual billing saves 10%. Members receive 15% off urgent care visits after included visits are used. Business plan requires 5-employee minimum and 12-month contract.

If using insurance visit will be billed at precontracted rates established with applicable copays and deductibles
